• Product Discovery: Set the research agenda across your area and spot market shifts.
• Developer experience: Treating docs, error messages, and MACH integration ecosystem as part of the product.
• Business cases: Build company-level business cases for new pricing tiers or markets.
• Release strategy: Set standards for releases across the company.
• Stakeholder management: Keep executives, key customers and analysts informed.
• Cross-team leadership: Shape organization-wide product culture.
• Metrics & measurement: Set analytics standards and report on area performance.
• Design and engineering collaboration: Work with design and engineering from research to launch.
• Writing: Set spec and writing standards and internal docs.
• External communication and launch stories: Represent product narrative externally.
• Mentoring: Mentor across the product team.

• 8+ years in product management, at least 3 on technical, developer-facing, or platform products
• Hands-on experience with developer tools, or platform products
• Experience owning a whole product area, not single features
• Demonstrated technical fluency: you can read API documentation, run discovery interviews with senior engineers, and write a PRD that engineers respect
• Track record of setting a multi-year vision and carrying it through to shipped results, including at least one company-level bet
• Experience in CMS, content infrastructure, or DXP is a strong plus
