Technical Sales Representative

You know the shipyard business, understand the competitive landscape and pricing structure, and you will work with leading suppliers in the marine business. Build trusted relationships with customers at all levels of their organization; be cooperative, convincing, and understand clients’ business challenges to support their operations with professional and practical solutions. The position is based at Onninen’s Helsinki shipyard location. You will be expected to have solid knowledge of Finland’s leading shipyards, electrical industry and products, technical know-how of ship electrical systems, sales and customer service experience, technical education suitable for the role, and good MS Office skills, plus customer orientation, initiative, proactive attitude, service-mindedness, responsibility, and stress tolerance, and good English skills. Desirable: experience in quotation costing and projects, clear presentation style, ability to work independently and in a team, ability to build a strong network.
