About the role

Role: We are hiring for a client company’s Hyvinkää warehouse for the end of the year. Warehouse workers handle picking and automation picking, shelving, goods receipt and packing, and other general warehouse tasks according to their skills. The contract is temporary through December 31, 2026 with potential extension discussed in December. Work is in two shifts (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00) from Monday to Friday, requiring 2-shift readiness. Active, proactive work style and commitment to quality. Preferred: experience with forklift types (counterbalance, reach), and pallet jack. Compensation follows the Shop Warehouse TES B2, €13.13–€14.93/hour depending on experience, plus incentive pay after trial. Benefits include Smartum exercise benefit and occupational health care; meals and lunch benefit. Requirements: prior logistics experience; positive attitude; shift readiness; Finnish language.
