We have expanded our operations to Sweden and Norway. What does the job involve? As Sales Manager you are responsible for leading and growing Taloturva’s plumbing renovation services sales. In practice this means: recruiting, training and coaching the sales team; developing and implementing sales strategy; setting and tracking clear targets; handling sales negotiations and key accounts; analyzing results and reporting. You will have access to effective tools, strong support and training to help you succeed and grow to the top. What do customers think when you start? After each customer visit we measure satisfaction via SMS feedback; in 2026 our NPS score has been 72, which corresponds to a high customer satisfaction level. Who are we?
