Facility Maintenance Worker

We are seeking FACILITY MAINTENANCE WORKERS for open-ended employment. Time flies here! Inarin Kiinteistöt Oy is a company wholly owned by the municipality of Inari, specializing in property maintenance, facility services, construction, and development. Our company employs approximately 70 people. Our client base consists mainly of the Inari municipal group, and our operational area covers the entire municipality of Inari. Our company is a smoke-free workplace. The duties of a facility maintenance worker include, among other things, property maintenance and basic cleaning tasks. It would be great if you have a vocational qualification in the cleaning sector (facility maintenance worker or premises maintenance worker), but in the absence of formal education, you may pursue training via an apprenticeship if desired. Access to a private car is preferred but not mandatory. The working hours for the facility maintenance worker are 38.25 h/week. We use the KT YTES collective agreement, salary class YTES0**SIC**. Education and previous work experience are also taken into account in the salary. Our company utilizes benefits such as Epassi. Work begins as agreed or by October 2026 at the latest. A pre-employment medical examination will be conducted at the start of employment. The employment relationship includes a 6-month probationary period.
