Retail Sales Associate

Biltema Tampere is looking for cheerful part-time salespeople for the Biltema cafe wagon associated with the Tampere store. The role includes delivering first-class customer service, cash register work, and preparing and presenting items sold at the cafe wagon, with possible duties also in the store. You will primarily work on the cafe wagon but may also assist in the store. Positions are permanent with approx. 12 hours per week for one, and 18 hours per week for the other. Responsibilities include customer service at the store and at service points, cash handling, unloading and shelf replenishment, and maintaining store cleanliness. Requirements: customer-service mindset, communication skills, being of legal age, willingness to work mornings, evenings and weekends, hygienic certificate or willingness to obtain one. Experience in retail customer service and cafe work is preferred; Finnish and/or Swedish language skills are required to serve customers in all situations.
