What you'll do - Serve as the technical SME for cloud operations, providing guidance and expertise to the team. - Coordinate daily cloud operations, ensuring incidents, requests, and changes meet agreed service levels. - Monitor operational performance, manage backlogs, identify risks, and escalate issues when needed. - Lead the resolution of complex technical issues and drive automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives. - Mentor Cloud Operations Engineers and support their technical development. - Collaborate with Cloud Architects, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to continuously improve the cloud platform. What you'll bring - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure engineering, or cloud platform administration. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud operations. - Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. - Good understanding of networking, identity management, monitoring, and cloud security. - Ability to work independently.
