Business Intelligence Developer
We are looking for a BI Developer to join the CISO Data Analytics team in Tel Aviv. This role is primarily focused on designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and BI products that support decision-making across security operations, risk, compliance, and leadership. Approximately 60–70% of the role will focus on dashboard development, KPI design, data storytelling, and stakeholder engagement. What you'll do: Develop and deliver Tableau dashboards from requirements through deployment. Work directly with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and turn them into dashboards. Help translate business needs into KPIs and reporting metrics. Maintain and continuously improve existing dashboards, ensuring data quality and stakeholder adoption. Conduct ad hoc analyses and deep-dives to support business decisions. Write SQL queries to extract, join, and prepare data. Requirements Must have: 3–5 years of experience in a BI, analytics, or data visualisation role, with Tableau as your primary tool for most of that time. Advanced, hands-on Tableau skills: calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters, table calculations, performance optimisation, and Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud. A portfolio of dashboards you built yourself - you should be able to speak in detail about design decisions, data sources and what each dashboard enabled. SQL: complex queries, joins, window functions and aggregations. Experience defining KPIs and metrics collaboratively with stakeholders, not just visualising numbers handed to you. Clear communicator, comfortable presenting findings to non-technical audiences. Strong written and verbal English. Security Domain – Strong Advantage Experience in a CISO, SOC, GRC, or security operations environment. Familiarity with security metrics - vulnerability management, incident response, or access control KPIs. Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or SOC 2. Awareness of pipeline tools such as dbt or Airflow. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). What We Offer High-impact analytics role within a global cybersecurity organisation.
