About the role

Role Overview: Lead and coordinate the design process across all project stages, ensuring architectural, structural, civil, and MEP designs are fully integrated and aligned with client requirements, programme objectives, and German regulatory standards. Manage relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and client-side stakeholders, driving design reviews, technical workshops, and design deliverables to support project milestones and construction activities. Oversee the design change management process, identifying risks, resolving technical issues, and ensuring value engineering opportunities are implemented without compromising quality, functionality, or programme. Ensure design documentation is complete, compliant, and construction-ready, supporting procurement, commissioning, and handover activities while maintaining adherence to data centre specifications, health & safety requirements, and quality standards. Project Details: Location: Frankfurt, Germany Start Date: August/September 2026 Duration: Permanent contract Working Hours: 40 hours per week Rate: Negotiable
