Job Details
Responsibilities
- Develop and streamline processes to improve production efficiency
- Develop maintenance to ensure reliable and efficient equipment
- Plan and implement investments including machine and equipment procurements
- Ensure safety and comply with machine and occupational safety
- Share knowledge and train others to ensure operations follow common rules
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in process, operations, or production engineering
- Analytical mindset and ability to implement development ideas
- Fluent English; Swedish language skills are a plus
- Systematic with good Office and IT skills
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel as required
- Experience with mass handling and Lean management is a plus
