Experienced maintenance worker, permanent (Helsinki) Application period 15.07.2026 – 29.08.2026 We are looking for an experienced construction professional with HVAC expertise for our client's team. An electrical expert may also fit the role if other experience supports the job description. Success in the position requires: - Strong experience in construction and maintenance work - HVAC expertise (electrical expertise is also seen as an advantage) - Valid B driver's license - Own car is an advantage at the start of work - Readiness to participate in on-call shifts - Good customer service and interaction skills - Reliable, proactive and professional work approach Job description The work is versatile property maintenance and upkeep. Tasks include: - Property maintenance and repair work - Small construction and renovation work - Troubleshooting and repairing faults - Working at customer sites If the applicant has expertise in the comprehensive implementation of apartment renovations, it is considered a significant advantage.
