Exhibition Producer - Suomen Metsästysmuseo - Finlands Jaktmuseum ry - Riihimäki, Finland

A versatile and comprehensive role within a cultural institution, responsible for developing and organizing the museum's exhibition activities, as well as building and implementing the exhibition program. Duties include developing exhibition policy and the permanent exhibition, producing temporary and touring exhibitions, and renewing exhibition technology. The role involves project management, fundraising, and stakeholder work. Experience in producing exhibitions and knowledge of exhibition technology is required. We expect a proactive approach and demonstrated interest in museum work, exhibition presentation technology, content production, and the development of audience services. Experience in museum work, familiarity with the museum's thematic areas, knowledge of the exhibition process, and technical/manual skills are valued. The tasks require flexibility to handle unexpected situations common in museum work and good interaction skills within the community. Good proficiency in Finnish is required; other language skills are considered an advantage.
