Procurement Manager

Valio Aimo® is a wholesale business and part of Valio Oy. Valio Aimo® wholesale serves restaurants, hotels, catering and food services, bakeries as well as public administration and industrial customers across Finland. Aimo offers a wide range of products from its own brand and over 800 suppliers, reliable logistics, and solutions as services. Our assortment and procurement managers procure products in our ranges from domestic and international suppliers and are responsible for the turnover of their product groups in Aimo. We are looking for two result-oriented and experienced assortment and procurement managers to be responsible for the procurement of defined product groups in Valio Aimo® wholesale. - The employment for the dairy and meat products group manager (domestic and import) is fixed-term 12/2026–8/2027. - The employment for the Fruit & Veg group manager (domestic and import: salad, herbs, sprouts, chopped fruits and vegetables) is fixed-term 10/2026–12/2027. We use a hybrid working model, i.e., a combination of presence and remote work. Our on-site workplace is Valio's headquarters in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki. As a procurement and assortment manager, you are independently responsible for the maintenance, development, procurement and contract negotiations of your own product group's range. In addition, you take care of supplier relationships and their development. You work closely with other assortment and procurement managers of the Fresh Product team as well as strategic partner suppliers and internal stakeholders. In this role, you have the opportunity to directly influence customer satisfaction and business results through the range, price level and product availability. What kind of expert are we looking for?
