QA/QC Engineer

Job Title: QA/QC Engineer Location: Finland – Data Centre Project (2-Year Contract) Package: Rotation Package Available Rate: Depends on Experience The Role Manage and oversee all QA/QC activities across a large-scale Data Centre project. Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards. Conduct inspections, audits, and quality reviews across construction and installation activities. Review and approve Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), quality documentation, and method statements. Coordinate with subcontractors, project teams, and stakeholders to resolve quality issues and non-conformances. Maintain accurate QA/QC records, reports, and handover documentation. Support project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Requirements Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer within Data Centers, Mission Critical, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, or large-scale construction projects. Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection processes, and commissioning requirements. Experience managing NCRs, RFIs, ITPs, quality audits, and project turnover documentation. Knowledge of relevant construction quality standards, codes, and best practices. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. MUST be open to working onsite in Finland. MUST be available to work on a freelance/contract basis. Previous Data Centre experience is highly desirable. Commissioning or turnover experience would be advantageous.
