As a Recruiter at GitLab, you'll help teams identify, engage with, and hire talented candidates across the AMER region. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners and business stakeholders to shape recruiting strategies, manage full lifecycle hiring, and create a thoughtful candidate experience from first conversation through offer stage. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys balancing sourcing, stakeholder partnership, market insight, and process improvement while working in an all-remote environment. Because many of the roles supported by this position are located in AMER, the ideal candidate will also be based in the region. Please note this is a 6 month contract position.
