VAKE is building a wellbeing area that residents can trust, guided by values of fairness, responsibility, and courage. We are seeking two (2) instructors for Vallinoja to work as part of the clients' daily lives. As an instructor, you support the individual daily lives of clients. At Vallinoja, basic care is emphasized, but the work is also strongly instructional. Clients are guided and assisted in home care, dining, and errands outside the home. The instructor's work is done in three-shift work. We require practical nurse training. We hope for an interest in intellectual disability work and an enthusiastic and proactive approach. We value valid medication permits and a willingness to complete them at the start of employment. Vallinoja is a home for sixteen (16) adults with intellectual disabilities. The facilities are located on two floors and consist of three group homes. In the work community, no one is left alone, and pair work is part of everyday life. Salary: 2565.47 eur/month, plus possible addition based on previous experience. Terms are determined by the SOTE agreement.
