Metal Fitter

We are looking for two experienced metal fitters for our client's data center site in Lahti. Work starts as soon as possible, and the employment is estimated to last until the end of October 2026. This is demanding installation work, so we are looking for professionals who can work independently and with high quality according to drawings. Tasks: * drilling holes according to installation drawings * installation of rails * fabrication and installation of brackets and suspensions for grids and other support systems * other metal installation work on site Work is occasionally performed at heights of up to approximately 7 meters, so the position is not suitable for those afraid of heights. We offer: * competitive salary of 15–18 €/h based on your skills and experience * work estimated until the end of October 2026 * the technology industry collective agreement (TES) is generally applied * the opportunity to work in an interesting and demanding data center project We expect from you: * experience in metal installations * ability to read technical drawings and work independently based on them * experience in constructing brackets and suspensions * valid occupational safety card * valid hot work permit * experience from data center sites is considered an advantage This is not an assistant fitter position; we are looking for proactive workers who can perform the job without constant guidance.
