We are seeking skilled construction workers for renovation projects in the Vaasa area on behalf of our client companies. Construction sites are ongoing with new ones starting continuously. Projects are mainly renovation works involving changes and basic repairs in places like schools. Your duties may include demolition and construction of wall structures, replacing suspended ceilings, as well as various renovation tasks. Finishing works in new and hall sites as well as modular installations, with tasks such as installing elements and jointing foam in between cabins, are also available. Work starts immediately with at least summer employment, and autumn brings new projects with possibilities for longer-term employment. We aim to build long-term relationships with skilled workers, and good workers often move from project to project. Requirements include: prior experience in the construction field (carpenter or joiner tasks); ability to work independently and take responsibility; professional approach to work; valid occupational safety card; other cards/qualifications (e.g., hot work permit) are a plus; reading construction drawings is an asset.
