We are seeking a proactive maintenance technician to ensure the resort remains safe, operational and welcoming for guests and staff. This hands-on role includes maintaining facilities to a high standard and responding efficiently to maintenance requests. Responsibilities include daily maintenance tasks and regular inspections, responding to maintenance requests, maintaining records of repairs and inventory, coordinating with external contractors when necessary, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Requirements include experience in a maintenance role, ability to use tools safely, valid B driver's license, fluent English (spoken and written), strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Beneficial qualifications include technical or vocational training in a related field and experience in resort settings; fluent Finnish in addition to English is a plus.
