Construction and Maintenance Cleaner We are looking for hardworking and diligent construction and maintenance cleaners for our client in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Your duties will primarily include final cleaning after renovations, as well as maintenance cleaning. We expect accuracy, a positive attitude, and good physical condition from applicants. The estimated start date is around mid-August. Duties: Your workplace will be renovation sites in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Your tasks will primarily include the final cleaning of various renovations, using industrial vacuum cleaners among other tools, as well as window washing and cleaning of high-level dust. The amount of work depends on the sites, and work may be available for a long period. We expect from you: We expect a persistent, relentless, and hardworking approach to your work. The work is physical, so good physical condition is essential for the applicant. Work experience in similar construction-related cleaning work is considered an advantage. It is important that you are accurate by nature but can also perform your work efficiently. In this role, a good attitude is key. Cleaning takes place on construction sites, so a TT-card (Occupational Safety Card) is essential. Having your own car and a B-driving license is considered an advantage. Fluent skills in Finnish and English are required for the job.
