Plumber

We are looking for pipefitters for a client in Savonlinna for a new healthcare facility turnkey project in the LVI (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) field. The project starts in autumn, continues into 2027, and work is available for the duration. The worker may commute from home or stay at a company-provided residence. Work is 40 hours per week. A senior installer will receive a base hourly wage of 19–21 EUR/hour plus contract bonus. The wage is guided by the TES for the HVAC trade. Daily allowances and travel costs to the site are paid; if the site is further from home, per diems and meals are covered. We offer a fair pay level, daily allowances of 54 EUR per day, travel to the site, housing in Kankaanpää, a long project with potential for future placements with the same client, an easygoing but professional team, a fair work culture, broader occupational health services, and support from both the client and Click contact person. Ideally you have several years of experience in HVAC work, so you can work independently and possibly perform IV installations. Insulation work is carried out by subcontractors. It would be great if another hired installer could take a lead role for the team. The HVAC team consists of 3–4 people. You do not need to procure materials for sites.
