Building construction worker

We are seeking a hands-on Earthworks Worker for our client in Oulu to perform a variety of tasks on construction sites around the Oulu area. The work weeks vary by tasks and seasons and may include earthmoving, digging and filling, demolition, snow removal and winter maintenance, green area construction and maintenance, operation of machines and tools, and other site-supportive tasks. The candidate should have versatile skills and a practical approach, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Prior experience in earthworks, demolition, snow removal or landscaping is an asset, but not a must; a proactive mindset, independence, and team collaboration are valued. The job requires experience in earthworks or construction tasks, versatility, initiative, a positive attitude towards work, ability to work independently or as part of a team, flexibility to changing duties, good physical condition, Finnish language proficiency, and safety and driving certificates.
