We are looking for a shipping clerk for our client in Vaasa. The work begins as a fixed-term substitute position, but there is a possibility that work will be available for a longer period after the fixed-term period ends. **Shipping Clerk Job Description** As a shipping clerk, you are responsible for the **receipt, packing, and shipping** of goods. The work is practical but requires precision and a systematic approach, as deliveries must be correct every time. In this role, you will take charge of the entire process. Your duties include, among other things: - Receipt of goods and shipping tasks - Packing and modifying packages (e.g., cutting, sawing, gluing as needed) - Forklift driving - Paperwork: careful marking of pallets, delivery notes, and shipping documents - Use of ERP system (Control 9000) **We expect from you** - A few years of accumulated experience in managing shipping or similar tasks - Previous experience using **ERP systems** (Control 9000 is considered an advantage) - **Forklift driving skills** - **Proficiency in Swedish or Finnish** - Basic **handicraft skills** and the ability to solve practical situations - A careful and systematic approach to work - Ability to read technical drawings is an advantage **We offer you** - Full-time work in a stable industrial company - **Working hours:** weekdays 7:00–15:30 - A clear and responsible role where your work directly impacts customer satisfaction **Application** Apply for the position through KeyStaff's recruitment system.
