Recruitment Coordinator (12-month contract), Westpac | Korn Ferry RPO Join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team supporting one of Australia’s most recognised brands. This is a hands-on coordination role where you’ll keep recruitment moving and deliver a great candidate experience. Korn Ferry partners with Westpac as their Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider, supporting permanent and fixed term hiring across specialist and volume roles in Australia. Hybrid: Sydney or Melbourne CBD (2 days in office – Wed/Thurs) About the role Coordinate interviews across multiple roles and stakeholders Manage onboarding tasks (background checks, documentation) Act as the key contact for candidate queries Partner with hiring managers and TA to keep processes on track Identify opportunities to improve and simplify processes What’s on offer 12-month contract with strong Talent Acquisition exposure Work with a leading, well-known brand Supportive, collaborative team environment Flexible hybrid working (Sydney or Melbourne CBD + WFH) Ongoing learning and development Exposure to AI as part of our day-to-day recruitment processes About you You might come from admin, coordination, or customer service. Recruitment experience is a bonus, not essential.
