Entry-level Construction Worker We are seeking an entry-level construction worker for versatile construction tasks in the Tampere region for our client company. The position is suitable for someone who already has some experience in the construction industry or a strong desire to learn more about different construction phases alongside experienced professionals. The job description consists of versatile construction tasks according to the needs of the site. Your duties may include, for example, assisting a carpenter, carrying and moving materials, creating opening protections, demolition and clearing work, maintaining site cleanliness, chipping, assisting in formwork and reinforcement work, tiling, and other construction tasks. Tasks vary according to the progress of the project, so we value a good attitude, willingness to learn, and a brisk work ethic. Work begins as agreed, by August–September at the latest. Working hours are generally Mon–Fri 7:00–15:30. Salary is determined by your skills and experience in accordance with the construction industry collective agreement (12.60–15.56 €/h + TES supplements). Requirements for employment: * Valid occupational safety card. * Legal age. * Some experience in construction tasks. * Brisk, proactive, and responsible work ethic. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A hot work permit, ability to read construction drawings, and access to a private car are considered advantages.
