**Receptionist, Glass Resort,**_Rovaniemi_ **Glass Resort** is a unique, high-end accommodation destination in Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi. The hotel is known for its **stylish glass apartments**, personalized service, and the atmospheric **Restaurant Gallix**, where Lappish nature meets classic cuisine. We are now looking for a **receptionist** to join our professional and warm-hearted team for the upcoming winter season. **Your tasks:** As a receptionist, you are an essential part of the guest's accommodation experience – you welcome guests warmly, ensure smooth check-in and check-out, and take care of customer service throughout their visit. Duties also include using the reservation system, email and telephone communication, and various daily tasks at the hotel reception. You will act as a kind of nerve center for the resort's daily operations, knowing what is happening and where things stand. **We are looking for a person who:** - Is customer-oriented, polite, and professional - Enjoys working with international customers - Works independently and proactively, even during busy periods - Is fluent in Finnish and English – other language skills are considered an advantage - Is motivated to learn new things and develop the work community - Previous experience in hotel work and reservation systems (e.g., MEWS) is considered an advantage **We offer you:** - A full-time, fixed-term employment contract until approx.
