Job Description

Your new tasks include operative control of the contact center during the day (Intra Day Performance Management), monitoring and actively managing inbound and outbound campaigns, analyzing relevant performance metrics and deriving appropriate measures, ensuring target achievement regarding service level, availability, and productivity, making short-term capacity adjustments based on changing requirements, creating forecasts, reports, and capacity and personnel deployment plans, and continuously optimizing control processes and performance mechanisms. You will enhance our team with several years of experience in contact center environments, ideally in traffic management, workforce management, or intra-day performance, proven knowledge in operational control of inbound and outbound campaigns, strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers, understanding of the relationships between volume development, capacities, and service metrics, structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style, communication strength, resilience, and decisiveness, and ideally knowledge of Genesys Cloud, Power BI, or SQL.
