Job Description: As a Senior Consultant or Manager in the M&A Finance team, you will work with clients to drive and navigate critical finance integration initiatives during M&A events. Your responsibilities will span the Post Merger Integration lifecycle, including Day 1 Planning & Execution, Finance Integration Project Management, Baseline & Blueprinting, Finance Advisory, Post Day 1 Integration, Synergy Tracking & Capture, and Finance Stabilization & Transformation. You will work with a strong multidisciplinary team and collaborate across the Nordic region.

Responsibilities
- Lead finance workstreams and drive end-to-end readiness
- Coordinate full Finance workstream delivery
- Identify gaps and optimize resource allocation
- Advise clients with best practices and frameworks
- Plan, execute, and report on finance workstream integrations
- Identify, track and realize financial synergies
- Stabilize, optimize, and scale the finance department post-integration
Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
- 2-5 years of work experience within finance
- Operational experience from a finance function or experience from Audit
- M&A experience (integrations, carve-outs, or similar)
- Project management experience
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal ability in English
