Receptionist at a hospitality hub in a popular Finnish ski resort. The role includes versatile customer service, check-in/check-out for Ski-Inn apartments, handling new reservations, and handling email and phone inquiries. You will be part of creating memorable experiences for guests and serving travelers in various capacities. The resort operates Ski-Inn apartments with over 600 privately owned units; rent and maintenance are handled by Pyhätunturi Oy. We expect you to have a commercial and/or tourism sector upper secondary vocational qualification, fluency in Finnish and English, enthusiasm for customer service, quick problem-solving skills, independence, and interest in outdoor activities and our related products. Extras welcomed include experience with Hotellinx Cloud booking system, prior related work, and local area knowledge. We offer a lively, varied work environment at one of Finland’s most interesting ski areas, good employee benefits, and opportunities for physical activities. The position is temporary, starts by agreement (as early as October), and involves 2-shift work with at least 70 hours over 3 weeks. The wage follows MaRaVaTES.
