In this role, you will work as a teacher for your own group of children and be responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of pedagogical activities as part of a team. Additionally, you will serve as the pedagogical director of the daycare. In this capacity, you are responsible for the pedagogical guidance and support of the staff and ensure that the daycare's pedagogy is implemented with high quality in accordance with the early childhood education plan. Pikkutassu has operated as a private daycare since 1999. In August 2019, we moved into new premises built specifically for us. Our daycare has four children's groups: Halinallet and Töpöhännät (0-3 years), Tahmatassut (3-4 years), and Vauhtiviikset (5-6 years + pre-primary education). Our operational philosophy and values include high-quality and safe early childhood education as well as a sensitive approach to work. Educational partnership is important to us, and we invest in open and confidential cooperation with guardians. Pikkutassu employs long-term and professional staff.
