Welcome to join us at the Kulleroiden service home in Tervola! We are looking for a care assistant for a permanent position. Work with us is diverse and varied. It is a matter of honor for us to enable high-quality care and treatment as well as a diverse and stimulating daily life for our residents. The resident and their well-being are at the center of everything we do. Although the work can be busy at times, creating various daily activities together with the residents brings joy and variety to the workday. Our residents are elderly people in 24-hour assisted living. You will be warmly welcomed, and you will receive orientation for your work. Your role as a care assistant may include both care and treatment tasks as well as assisting with indirect work, such as laundry services and distribution kitchen work. Your duties may vary, including more care tasks at times and more indirect work at others. WHAT DO WE OFFER? WHAT DOES THE POSITION REQUIRE FROM YOU? - Training as a care assistant or other suitable training or experience from similar work. - Good Finnish language skills. WHAT DO WE CONSIDER AN ADVANTAGE? The terms of employment are determined according to the SOTE agreement. The position has a 6-month probationary period. Regarding staff vaccination protection, we follow the vaccination protection required by the Work and Communicable Diseases Act. Before accepting the position, you must present a criminal record extract in accordance with Section 28 of the Social and Health Care Oversight Act. You must also have a hygiene passport.
