IT Product Owner

That mission is what drives us forward. Now, we are looking for an IT Product Owner / Senior Product Owner, ERP to join our Group IT team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting all our business areas in Sweden and Denmark. We are rapidly developing the business of Tokmanni Group and making significant investments in the development of IT. In this role, your primary focus will be on ERP and its development, support, and maintenance, along with selected business applications. Our group IT team operates in Finland and Sweden, while this position is local and based at our Kista office in Stockholm. Main responsibilities You will work closely with various internal stakeholders and service providers. Within the Tokmanni Group, you will collaborate with all Dollarstore business units and your IT colleagues. An important part of your job is to work closely with these functions to understand their needs, use your IT expertise to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, and guide our service providers to deliver solutions that meet both technical and business expectations. You will also play a key role in ensuring that IT projects follow our processes and that technical requirements, vendor capabilities and contractual obligations meet our quality standards. The evolving IT landscape will have a major impact on our systems, and you will play a key role in coordinating and enabling these transformations. You will participate in strategic projects as a representative of your area of responsibility and act as a project manager in smaller projects. You will be responsible for an important role within Tokmanni’s IT function, where your decisions and expertise significantly influence the success of our IT projects and help ensure that our systems support the long‑term success of Dollarstore and the whole Group. What we expect from you? - At least 5 years of experience in IT roles involving IT product ownership and acting as a technical IT partner for business. Experience in ERP system ownership is considered as an asset. - Experience in IT development tasks and project work including cross-functional projects - Ability to align product goals with Business Strategy - Ability to listen and understand diverse stakeholder needs and to translate business needs into technical requirements - Demand Management experience in the defined responsibility area - Experience in managing budgets for digital products or IT initiatives - Willingness to make trade-offs and prioritize features based on value - Ability to forecast, track, and optimize costs across projects and vendors - Basic knowledge of information security and data protection - Strong experience in ITIL processes (especially IM, CM and PM) - Familiarity with modern IT development models and ability to work effectively with our suppliers and support our department in implementing modern development models - Backlog Management experience and familiarity with tools like Effecte (MS Office365) - Familiarity with internal communication platforms (SharePoint, MS TEAMS, internet tools, etc) - Basic understanding of data privacy and compliance (e.g. GDPR) - Ability to fluently engage in technical discussions with suppliers and IT colleagues as well as to communicate clearly and practically with internal business stakeholders - Willingness to develop and maintain documentation for your area of responsibility - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Fluent oral and written in Swedish and English is a must We also value: - Skills in facilitating workshops - Collaborative team-player mindset and development-oriented approach - Openness to learn new domains and technologies - Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment - Can-Do attitude and positive solution-oriented mindset - Experience with system integrations and APIs is a plus We offer you: - An interesting and business-critical role in a leading discount retail chain in the Nordics - The opportunity to contribute your ideas and leave your mark on projects and systems within the continuous development of Tokmanni Group’s IT - Rewarding collaboration with friendly, encouraging, and supportive colleagues - Hybrid work model (2 days in the office / 3 days remote work) - The opportunity to develop in your job - Benefits such as staff discount, private health insurance, wellness allowance and access to our newly renovated in-house gym Application instructions and additional information The position is permanent and full-time (37.5 hours/week).
