The ideal candidate has a suitable university degree and strong experience in leading project business and personnel management, particularly within building services, construction, or industrial projects. Fluency in Finnish and English is required. The position is based in Oulu and reports to the unit manager. ARE is a Finnish family business with over a century of experience in building services, offering solutions for the entire lifecycle of properties.
