Junior Cloud Operations Engineer

What you'll do Manage and resolve cloud incidents, service requests, and operational changes while meeting SLAs. Automate cloud operations using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues and collaborate with internal teams and vendors. Maintain the availability, performance, and security of Azure cloud services. Drive continuous improvements to cloud operations and platform capabilities. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure engineering, or cloud platform administration. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud operations. Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Good understanding of networking, identity management, monitoring, and cloud security.
