Growth and Development Manager

We are seeking for the Kittilä gold mine concentrator **Growth and Development Manager** In this role, you will lead the concentrator's growth, investments, and strategic development, ensuring that development projects and investments support the concentrator's long-term business goals, LOM plan, as well as safe and cost-effective production. You will serve as the supervisor for the development team, together managing Capex projects from the planning stage to implementation. In this role, you will work closely with the concentrator teams, other mine departments, and external stakeholders. The work is day shift and primarily requires presence at the mine. The employment contract is permanent. We expect from you: - Evidence of leading multidisciplinary development and investment projects, stakeholder cooperation, and budgeting. - Strong previous experience from the process industry, metallurgy, or similar; previous experience from a concentrator environment is a clear advantage. - A university degree in a relevant field, e.g., process engineering or metallurgy. - Previous leadership experience either in a supervisory role or in project work. - Fluent skills in Finnish and English.
