Role: As a salesperson you play a key role in the store and in creating a special shopping experience for customers. You will work with our exciting products and we value presenting a well-maintained, tidy store. Customer service and routine tasks are part of daily work. Normal stores are exciting places full of interesting products and customers. Your day progresses at a high tempo and it is important that you enjoy a busy, inspiring and humorous atmosphere. Responsibilities: Put customers first so they feel welcome and return; maintain high store standards with clean and eye-catching displays; customer service and shelf replenishment; opening and closing the store; serving at the cash register. Requirements: Experience in retail and a busy work environment; you are interested in store operations, have a merchant mindset and customer is always the most important; work independently and efficiently; service in Finnish, English/Swedish skills are appreciated; you are not afraid of work and have an eye for details; you are a team player and contribute to a positive atmosphere; service to customers in Finnish (level B1) — other languages welcome.
