Construction Manager

Duration – Minimum of 12 months. Contract Arrangement – Freelance/B2B. Location – Southwestern Germany. Type of Project – Steel Production Plant (Brownfield and Greenfield). You will take ownership of full management of the construction site and responsibility for the technical and operational execution of the project. The role will be Monday to Friday expected 50 hours per/week, with occasional Saturday working depending on progress within the project. Requirements to be considered: - Must have a strong background as a Construction Manager in large scale EPC projects. - Have a strong working knowledge of all German Construction regulations – State Building Code/Landesbauordnung (LBO). - Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Construction Manager. - Fluency in both German and English is mandatory. - Be happy to work on site daily. - Must have right to work as a Freelancer in EU (*sponsorship is not an option*).
