This goal is achieved by working together. We are now looking for an Early Childhood Education Teacher for Pilke Hohto sports daycare in Kivistö, Vantaa, for a group of children under 3 years old. Work begins in October 2026. Pilke Hohto is a daycare center located with good transport connections, which opened in August 2018. Our daycare has a sports emphasis, aiming to support the child's physical activity in everyday daycare life, strengthen the child's interest in exercise and an active lifestyle, and teach the child a healthy and safe attitude towards their own body and environment. The atmosphere at Daycare Hohto is safe, warm, and direct. We value unhurried, individual encounters with children, listening, as well as hugs, closeness, and a positive spirit. We are genuinely present for the children and for each other. Our educators have a good team spirit, which reflects on the children and creates a gentle atmosphere in the daycare. It is important to us to create an everyday life for children where they are allowed to express all emotions and feel safe every day. Do you want to influence the lives and early years of many children through your work? As an early childhood education teacher, you support and promote children's growth, development, and learning. You master the contents of early childhood education plans and know how to implement them in practice. You plan, evaluate, and develop the pedagogical activities of the children's group and are responsible for the implementation of high-quality pedagogy in your unit. You have a strong pedagogical approach, a positive and active attitude, good interaction skills, and the ability to meet children genuinely.
