TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab is a responsible and growing multi-service company that offers its customers comprehensive cleaning, food, as well as property and logistics services. TeeSe Botnia produces high-quality food services for, among others, daycares, schools, Vaasa central hospital and assisted living units. In addition, we offer staff restaurant services for the Ostrobothnia wellbeing area and meal services for homes and events. About 220 professionals in the field take care of our food services in over 50 operating points. Every day we provide over 13,000 lunches. We are looking for kitchen managers, cooks, service managers and food service workers for part-time and full-time substitutions of various lengths. We operate in over 50 different types of kitchens in the Vaasa, Maalahti and Mustasaari areas and the positions may be located in different sites. Our kitchen manager is responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen, e.g. by making orders, being responsible for self-monitoring and participating in food production. He/she ensures with a positive attitude that everyday life runs smoothly in our production kitchen. In addition, he/she has the skill to motivate and lead his/her kitchen team in daily work so that production runs and meals leave on time for our customers. We hope for a restaurant manager's degree or an equivalent college-level degree. You can also apply for the position if you have a basic degree in the field and extensive experience in similar positions. The work requires IT skills and knowledge of Finnish or Swedish. Our cooks are independently responsible for food preparation according to the recipe. The preparation of special diets is also part of the tasks. The cook takes care of self-monitoring, dish maintenance and dining hall work together with other kitchen team members. We hope for a basic degree in the kitchen field and Finnish or Swedish language skills. You want to prepare high-quality food and together with your colleagues strive to minimize the occurrence of food waste. You are aware that clean equipment and a working environment create occupational safety, and that a good attitude promotes the well-being of the entire work community. Our service managers take care of the operation of the service kitchen together with their colleagues. The job description includes heating food and preparing side dishes. Our service managers ensure that food is available to our customers in a timely manner. In addition, the job tasks include making orders, customer service and dish maintenance. We hope for a basic degree in the kitchen field and Finnish or Swedish language skills. You are a natural customer service person – you meet your customers with a smile and emphasizing service readiness. Working goes well for you both with colleagues and independently. IT skills are also required in the work. Our food service workers' tasks include dish maintenance and customer service. In addition, assisting work in food preparation and packing food items leaving the production kitchens. We hope for a basic degree in the kitchen field and Finnish or Swedish language skills. A hygiene passport is essential for all positions and for selected persons for school and daycare kitchens we require a valid criminal record extract (law on working with children and young people).
