Production Worker

Production Worker for feed mixture manufacturing We are seeking a production worker for a permanent and long-term employment relationship for our client, Rehux Oy. Rehux Oy is a domestic and growing company in the feed industry, centered on high-quality products, smooth production, and responsible operations. In this role, you will work with the production of feed mixtures as part of a functional and motivated production team. The work is practical and requires diligence, physical fitness, and a willingness to work in shifts. Responsibilities: - manufacturing feed mixtures according to production schedules and recipes - dosing and mixing raw materials - bagging and handling finished feed mixtures - using the production control system - maintaining the cleanliness of production facilities and tools - ensuring quality and safety at different stages of production Requirements: - previous experience in production work or similar tasks (advantageous) - basic IT skills (use of systems and software) - diligent and responsible approach to work - good physical condition, as the work involves manual lifting - willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation - collaborative and proactive attitude We offer: - a permanent and long-term employment relationship - comprehensive orientation to the role and production - opportunity to develop in production tasks within the feed industry - support from the work community and clear operating models Working hours and remuneration: - 3-shift rotation - salary based on previous production experience - salary expectations can be stated in the application - start date by agreement Application instructions: The position will be filled as soon as a suitable person is found.
