Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager for security technology projects to join our permanent team in Southern Finland. The role is part of the security technology project organization and involves practical execution of security technology projects. You will ensure projects are completed with quality, safety and on time. As a Project Manager you will participate in installations and commissioning of security systems and be responsible for coordinating their practical execution. You will work as part of a team where the project manager oversees the project overall and you ensure that on-site implementation proceeds as agreed. You will lead daily installation activities, ensure progress is planned and act as a key link between installers, project managers, customers and other stakeholders. In this role you monitor work quality, track project progress and solve on-site challenges. You will also act as a technical expert within your area and participate in commissioning of systems. The sites are mainly in the Helsinki metropolitan area, with some travel to other parts of Southern Finland. You report to the project manager. We expect you to have experience from installation, maintenance or commissioning tasks in security technology and a willingness to take responsibility for day-to-day on-site leadership and coordination. We value experience with security systems such as video surveillance, access control and intrusion alarms, ability to direct and coordinate installers on worksites, proactive and responsible work attitude, good interpersonal and collaboration skills, customer-oriented approach, B-class driving license, fluent Finnish and readiness to use English in work.
