Responsibilities
- Develop and curate technical content and self-care protocols aligned with WHO framework
- Create content for conflict and non-conflict contexts
- Address mental health needs of climate-affected populations
- Integrate best practices in mental health including prevention and self-care strategies
- Collaborate with public health experts and researchers to create digital modules
- Collaborate with design team to translate knowledge into accessible materials
- Stay updated on research and privacy-friendly practices
- Champion stigma reduction and inclusion
- Perform other relevant tasks as needed
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in Clinical Psychology, Psychiatry, or related mental health discipline
- 5–7 years of experience in mental health
- Proven expertise in developing digital mental health content with a public health orientation
- Familiarity with digital health technologies and content development tools
