Job Description
We are looking for a physiotherapist for a fixed-term employment. You will have the opportunity to develop your role from the beginning together with us. We expect basic knowledge of physiotherapy and a desire to support the daily functioning of our residents. The focus of the physiotherapist's work is on daily rehabilitation of residents as part of a multidisciplinary team. Your tasks include managing assistive devices, maintaining residents' condition, and organizing group physiotherapy (rehabilitative activities for residents). The physiotherapist participates in morning routines utilizing a rehabilitative approach and their professional skills. Your work also includes careful and high-quality documentation. The job requires a strong independent work attitude, flexibility, good cooperation skills, and fluent spoken and written Finnish. Experience in the field and in developing physiotherapy, as well as RAI knowledge, are considered an advantage.
