Process Development Engineer - Stora Enso Oyj - Kouvola, Finland

Stora Enso Anjalankoski Oy Anjalankoski plants consist of a paper mill producing book, special news and magazine paper, a cardboard mill producing folding boxboard for consumer packaging, as well as fiber and energy production. We belong to Stora Enso's Cartonboard business area and employ about 450 professionals in their field. We are looking for a development engineer for a permanent employment contract at the cardboard mill to develop post-processing functions. As a development engineer, you will be able to influence the development of post-processing together with our staff. Success in the position requires several years of experience in developing the production department, safety culture and daily management. Ability to build cooperation with different functions of the plant, act in internal customer and supplier interfaces and cooperate smoothly with other stakeholders. You are responsible for: - Systematic development of safety, quality, delivery reliability and production efficiency of post-processing together with the operations manager - Ideating new development projects, developing the post-processing department and leading development projects Who are we looking for?
