Recruitment Assistant

We are recruiting for Recruitment Assistants to support Eezy Personnel’s recruitment processes in Tampere. The role focuses on coordinating recruitment processes, contacting and inviting applicants through multiple channels, managing candidate communications by phone, email and other channels, maintaining an excellent candidate experience, using and maintaining recruitment systems, and supporting the recruitment team and consultants. The position suits someone with a strong interest in systems and a genuine desire to serve people. The successful candidate will enjoy working with systems, data and processes, be eager to learn new tools and software, and be able to handle routine tasks in an organized way. Customer service orientation, a proactive attitude, reliability and clear, friendly communication (both verbally and in writing) are essential. Preferred studies include vocational university studies such as tradenomi studies, with the possibility to work alongside studies. The typical on-site hours are weekdays 8:00–18:00 in our office at Hatanpään valtatie 30, occasional remote work is possible. Good Finnish and English language skills are required; Swedish is a plus. Interest in recruitment, human resources or business support tasks is welcomed.
