We are looking for a professional employment coach for our group coaching services in Imatra and Lappeenranta. The work is freelance-based and is well-suited as additional work or for an entrepreneur. For the first time, we have a need for a new coach for plain-language job search coaching starting in September. Group coaching sessions are held on weekdays between 9:00 and 15:00, and the coach's workday also includes the necessary preparations. The coach's job description is versatile and includes, among other things, the following: - Developing the client's job search skills, methods, and expertise - Motivating and inspiring job seekers toward job searching or training - Identifying and mapping clients' skills - Employer cooperation and facilitating recruitment - Networking with regional employers and partners - Planning, implementing, and reporting clients' job searches We require from the applicant: - Previous experience in employment and career coaching - At least six months of experience in planning and implementing group-based employment coaching services - Knowledge of the South Karelia economic region - Good proficiency in the Finnish language Why come to work for SunUra? - An open-ended, flexible hourly employment contract or the possibility to work with your own business ID (y-tunnus) - Salary: 19-23€/h, depending on previous work experience, additional training, and/or language skills.
