Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (German Speaking) is responsible for delivering excellent customer support to German-speaking customers by managing orders, quotations, offers, and customer inquiries throughout the full order-to-cash cycle. This role acts as a key liaison between customers, sales, planning, finance, and technical teams, ensuring high customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, managing sales offers and quotations, order entry and maintenance in ERP systems, coordinating order fulfillment, supporting administrative and financial processes, and managing customer data. The ideal candidate has previous experience in customer service or sales support, fluent German and strong English skills, experience with ERP (e.g., SAP), and excellent organizational and communication skills.
