Store Manager

You are clear in your communication and a determined leader who supports employees through coaching and feedback. We want you to have previous experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry. Post-secondary education in trade, finance, or management is a strong merit. Simply, fashion made for living! As a Kappahl store manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the store is managed in the best possible way and that sales targets are achieved. You have overall responsibility for all store operations, including personnel responsibility. Tasks include scheduling, recruiting, planning, and managing routine changes according to our chain operating framework. The position is a fixed-term parental leave substitute; work begins in September as agreed, and the fixed term lasts until July 2027. Working hours are 30 h/week. Who are you? - Social, outgoing, and enthusiastic about leading others toward mutual development. - You put the team before yourself and strive to promote the common good. - Passionate about sales and service and want to provide the customer with the best shopping experience. - You love working in a team, leading, and collaborating with others to achieve goals. - You possess good digital skills and have a genuine interest in developing yourself. - Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. - You are very proactive and responsible in your work. - You serve customers fluently in Finnish and English. Other language skills are considered an advantage. - You have previous experience as a manager in retail or the service industry. Post-secondary education is considered an advantage.
