The role may focus on maintenance, repairs, fault finding, automotive electrics, tire work, or work with commercial vehicles depending on experience and interest. Key tasks include regular maintenance and repair of vehicles, diagnostics of faults and mechanical issues, fault finding and repairs related to automotive electronics, brake, chassis, drivetrain and engine repairs, tire changes and related work, documentation of maintenance and repairs, and collaborating with other workshop staff. We expect you to have formal automotive training or practical experience in automotive mechanic tasks, an interest in vehicle maintenance, repairs and fault finding, a careful, proactive and responsible work attitude, ability to work independently and in a team, willingness to learn and develop in automotive tasks, customer service mindset, Finnish language skills, and a category B driving license. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, electrical and hybrid vehicle maintenance, and modern diagnostic equipment is considered a plus. Experience with utility vehicles, tire work or a dealership environment is also advantageous.
