Waiter and Cleaner

Snowhotel Family, a family business offering unique experiences of ice and snow, is seeking a waiter-cleaner for Arctic Snow Hotel in Lehtojärvi, near Rovaniemi. The role combines hospitality duties with hotel cleaning responsibilities across multiple restaurants and venues within the resort, including a glass igloo restaurant, a snow restaurant, a main lodge, and Sky Bar. Responsibilities include serving meals and buffet offerings, bar service, recommending dishes and drinks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing cleaning tasks around the hotel area and guest accommodations. The position is available for the winter season 2026–2027, full-time (112.5 hours per 3 weeks) for the period from late November to late March, or part-time based on availability. Work is required on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. We follow the hospitality and restaurant collective agreement, and wages are based on skill and experience. Employment is arranged between Bondata and the employee, with housing provided in Lehtojärvi if needed.
